of a large number of tools. Definite positions on the respective boards are assigned to several tools, classified according to groups of components, steps of procedure or other different criteria. For this reason the time required for search and replacement of special tools can be dramatically reduced.  Missing workpieces are immediately identifiable. Due to the application of silhouette foils in a scale of 1:1 not only every tool rapidly finds his place but also the missing of a tool is instantly visible.

Flexibility

The modular system can be perfectly adapted to changing conditions. The basic tool boards have a continous keyhole pattern, additional round counter sunk holes and marking crosses. They are made out of thin sheet (2mm) and provided with a double-sided epoxy resin coating (0,65 µ).
Integrated into connection components, the tool boards optionally can be mounted directly to walls or mobile and stationary frames. After mounting, the boards can be took down and interchanged. Changing from wall mounting to a freestanding tool system is possible at any time.

Efficiency

Limited storage space is used at its best(850 tools on 3 square meter). Immediate access to every tool is possible.
